5 points can be earned for every full £1 spent on either tickets or food and drink (but not gift vouchers) and can be used to buy items from our retail food and drink counter.

How to link your new Loyalty Card to your Savoy Account

Once you have picked up a loyalty card from the cinema, you will need to link it to a customer account.

If you have booked online with us in the past, you may already have an account with us on the website, sign into this and you can skip the "Create an account" stage.

 If you don't already have an account, you'll need to create one.

Towards the top of our website, on the right hand side, you'll see these options:

Click on the "Create an Account" option and fill in your details.

Click here to go to 'Create an Account'

 Log in to this account and you'll now see these options:

 Click on the "My Loyalty" option.

It will now ask you for the number on your loyalty card. Once you have completed this the card will be linked to your account and any points that you have earned up to now will show in this section the next time you click on "My Loyalty".

In future, when making any booking via the website, please ensure that you are logged in, this way all points accumulated from the booking will automatically be added to the account.The new Savoy Loyalty Card is now available from the counter at the cinema.


  • The card MUST be presented (or account logged in to if you're making an online booking) at the time of the transaction as no points can be added at a later time.
  • Savoy Loyalty Cards are only for customers aged 16 years or older.
  • Only currently valid at the Savoy Cinema in Grantham.
  • 5 points will be awarded for every full £1 spent on tickets or food.
  • No points will be awarded on sales of Gift Vouchers.
  • Cards must be registered to an account on savoygrantham.co.uk before points can be redeemed.
  • Only one card can be in current use per account.
  • Points can only be redeemed against the full cash value of an item.Points have no inherent value and therefore cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The cards remain the property of Savoy Cinemas Limited and should be surrendered on request.
  • We reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions at any point, up to and including changing the number of points issued or the complete withdrawal of the service, at any time.
  • In the event of a complete withdrawal of service, no compensation will be made with regards to lost points.
